DAY 19 of The Month of ME - FOOD!!! This month we encourage you to consider your relationship with food. Do you eat too much? Not enough? At weird times? While running around? Naughty food? Way too strict on yourself? Stop! Most of us overthink eating and the foods we eat - we’re here to remind you it doesn’t need to be so hard. Here are our simple tips:
1. Listen to your body, it knows what you need.
2. Treat yourself, life is too short to miss out on treats!
3. Practice mindful eating - when you’re eating, just eat, and appreciate the nourishment for your body and soul.
4. Try not to connect emotional stress and worry with eating, it can reduce your ability to absorb what you need and can throw eating patterns off balance.

We’re encouraging you to try something new this month, breaking routine can be a fantastic way to wake up your brain and body to new experiences, to challenge yourself and meet new likeminded people.
Today I caught up with Dan, owner of V2 FIT Gym - for those that don’t know, a few SAIT therapists treat out of V2 and join their classes every week. We share a community and are always thrilled to see people embark on a health journey with the right treatments and exercise.
