Casual Vinyasa classes are $18 per person and can be paid on arrival or over the phone at the time of booking.
Casual Yin & Pin classes are $39 per person and claimable on private health.

Slow Flow Vinyasa links movement to breath while allowing for time and space in each posture. Slower than other vinyasa classes slow flow allows you to evaluate how and when a pose should be modified for own individual body. Purposeful movement and mindfulness in action is encouraged throughout the class.
Every class begins with meditation and a focus on the breath. As the class progresses students flow through an intelligently designed sequence to strengthen and open up the body, finishing in relaxation.
Mariah brings a lightness and playfulness to each class, while also weaving in yoga philosophy and giving clear instruction to guide students safely through postures.
