Acupuncture

Acupuncture is the ancient practice of gently inserting fine needles into specific points along the body within energy pathways (meridians). This promotes the movement of ‘Qi’ (energy) to reduce or eradicate disease, pain and stress within the body and bring the body back into a natural state of balance. The biochemical response produced by acupuncture results in stimulating the body’s natural healing abilities, promoting physical and emotional well-being

Cupping

Cupping helps to remove stagnation or blockages of Qi (vital energy) and blood stasis, which causes pain and disease. It stimulates and rejuvenates the internal organs by activating acupuncture points. From a western, scientific perspective it increases circulation, promotes healing, activates the lymphatic system, releases toxins and helps tissue repair.

Cosmetic Acupuncture

Cosmetic acupuncture is a safe and natural way to youthful skin and facial rejuvenation without going under the knife or the use of toxins and harmful chemicals. Results are generally long-lasting, as we work on the body’s own ability to restore, revitalise and regenerate.
